These Terms and Conditions govern access to, use of, and contracting of the services offered by Storely through the website https://storely.com.ar (hereinafter, the “Site”).
Storely is dedicated to the commercialization, development, and provision of e-commerce websites and related services. By contracting the Services, the client (hereinafter, the “Client” or “User”) expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of the Service
Storely offers e-commerce solutions which may include, depending on the plan contracted: website design, online store setup, initial product upload, integrations with payment gateways and shipping services, hosting, maintenance, and technical support.
The specific scope of each Service will be the one informed at the time of contracting.
2. Contracting Process
The Services are contracted through the Site or other channels enabled by Storely. The Client must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide the content, images, texts, and data necessary for the development of the website.
- Guarantee that they hold the rights to the materials provided.
- Review and approve the website within the agreed timeframes.
- Use the e-commerce website in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Website Ownership
Once the Service has been paid according to the agreed conditions, the Client will be the owner of the developed website, excluding tools, templates, modules, or proprietary technologies owned by Storely or third parties.
5. Prices and Payments
The prices of the Services will be those informed on the Site or in the corresponding commercial proposal.
Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in the suspension of the Service, without giving rise to any claim by the Client.
6. Hosting and Availability
If hosting is included, Storely will make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.
7. Client Content and Activity
Storely shall not be responsible for the products, services, prices, promotions, content, or commercial practices carried out by the Client within their online store.
8. Support and Maintenance
Technical support will be provided in accordance with the contracted plan. Additional changes, custom developments, or features not included may be quoted separately.
9. Limitation of Liability
Storely shall not be liable for economic losses, loss of profits, failures in payment gateways, third-party services, or improper use of the website by the Client or third parties.
10. Modifications
Storely reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective upon publication on the Site.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
